What wax do you use?

We use all natural soy wax, which does not contain the harmful chemicals that other waxes can.

Soy candles burn longer and cleaner. 

What are your wicks made of?

We use all natural fibre wicks that contain no lead or other harmful metals.  We keep them trimmed to around 5mm for optimum burning.

Is your packaging recyclable?

 

Yes.  Our aluminium refills and PET diffuser bottles and PET packaging are all recyclable.  We try to keep the environment in mind in all our decisions.
 

Transaction Currency

All products and shipping costs are in Australian Dollars.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100.00

All orders under $100 will be charged at a flat rate of $9.95.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders received on weekdays will be dispatched

within 24 hours.  

Order received on Friday will be dispatched Monday.

How long will my order take to arrive?
 

Orders are dispatched with Fastway Couriers in most instances.

Sydney metro - within 1 to 2 business days

Capital cities and surrounds - 1 to 3 business days

Regional areas - 2 to 6 business days

Please note that parcels shipped to remote areas and WA may take additional days to deliver.   Due to Covid-19 delivery times may be longer than stated above.

Although we do our very best to dispatch your order on time or sooner, sometimes deliveries can be delayed beyond our control.

When your product is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a consignment number and tracking information.

What is your returns policy?
 

We understand there’s only so much you can learn about a product from looking at it on a computer screen. If for any reason any items are not satisfactory, return them  in original condition with packaging and order confirmation, within fourteen (14) days of purchase, for either an exchange, or full refund of purchase price.  Unless goods are deemed faulty, postage cannnot be refunded.

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
