So when do I get my refills?
We send our diffuser and candle reflills out on the 15th of February, May, August and December, and you'll receive 4 candles to last you 3 months.
So if you subscribe just before the cut-off for the quarterly mailout, you'll receive your 4 candles straight away.
Q: What happens if I subscribe between 10 - 30 Feburary/May/August/December?

A: You'll receive a special individual mailing of 4 candles specially for you.
​
Q: What happens if I subscribe between 1 March - 9 May or 1 June - 9 August or 1 January - 9 February
​
A: You'll receive a special individual mailing of 1, 2 or 3 candles to bring you into line with the main mailout.
